Awesome!Germany - Character Info [WIP]

Okay, let's do this already. What you're facing is a personality-swapped AU of the usual Germany. More precisely: A Germany that has swapped his usual personality with that of his brother, Prussia [disziplinundordnung]. So while he basically acts like Prussia, his mentality, knowledge and experience remain that of Germany, canon point being 1936.
He shares similarities with the original, but also differs from him in many ways while not just being a Prussia stuck with a different exterior. Not. At. All.
Quite like the actual Germany, Awesome!Germany is orderly and follows rules and set schedules even if he dislikes them more often than not and would rather be rid of them. He's had rules and schedules dictating his entire existence, which makes him very fond of the idea of escaping them for even just a brief amount of time, seeking his freedom and ways to actually have fun wherever possible.
He's very social and hates nothing more than being alone. Yet, he grew up all by himself and lacks any actual friends, which is why he tends to cling to his brother, or, when given the chance, to any other person that dares to approach him. He really wants to make friends, but makes many things wrong in his attempts due to being too loud, too pushy, too demanding, too desperate and being unable to fully reign in his urge to just touch people. Because Awesome likes to touch people and seeks bodily contact even if that means to randomly press his hands into a person's face, poke them or pull their ears. He might give an arm or a leg for a good-natured hug because... Well. Let's face it: His brother just isn't of the touchy sort.
He is left-handed and thanks to his general carelessness sometimes smears his own ink with his hand. He should know better by now, but it still happens. So he often has to rewrite things a couple of time and will do so until he succeeds. Due to his slight far-sightedness he also requires a pair of reading-glasses even if he dislikes wearing them.
Work... Well. He is aware that it's important and does it. But he generally dislikes it and will gladly accept any opportunity to delay it or let himself get distracted from it. It's boring and no fun and his boss he prefers on a different continent, if possible.
Quite unlike his original, Awesome is... Well. Bad in the kitchen. Yet he actually wants to cook or bake and be able to produce something actually edible there. He's just as bad at drawing, even if his imagination sure is great.
This nation seeks a lot of attention and approval. Especially from his overly serious and strict brother. But he also seeks his freedom and ways to enjoy life, something that he basically has no experience in. So it shouldn't surprise anyone that Awesome gets easily excited over small, even trivial things. He is pretty ticklish, but since he has to deal with sore muscles more often than not due to the training he is put under, Germany is quite skilled with massaging tensions away.
When he is stuck with only himself because his brother decided to ignore him (presumably for the sake of his own sanity), Awesome easily gets bored and at least tries to occupy himself. Reading is one thing he likes to do. Though he mostly reads fiction unless he needs to read something more specific.
Generally he's dependable, but one hell of a pain to deal with. He just can't help it, really.
He likes sweet things. Like fruits, for example. He considers them a special treat and are a sure way of cheering him up. Also, he likes sharing what makes him happy. And that includes his precious fruits.
Of course he shares the original's fondness for tidiness, though he does it less openly because it's uncool to break out into a cleaning fit when anyone else is around. So he makes it a point to create a mess when there is none. But the moment he comes across a mess, Awesome will see to clean it away... Where he is a bit sloppier, though, is his hair. Because he is always awesome, regardless how he looks, so a bit of unruly hair doesn't bother him much.
Awesome's stance towards Liechtenstein... Well. Where Germany had had a little crush on her when he was a child that later turned into a kind of brotherly protectiveness, Awesome had never matured enough to cast it off entirely and replace it with merely wanting to protect her. So... Yes. Awesome still likes Liechtenstein despite the girl usually being fairly grumpy and indifferent towards him. He is actually jealous of Switzerland for seemingly being the only one able to make Liechtenstein smile and more often than not attempts to impress her...
He shares the original's insecurity. It's what he mainly tries to hide behind his awesomeness. Since he is so keen on gaining approval he has come to the conclusion that he cannot be seen as weak. And his lack of faith in himself and many of his actions make him question himself and his existence a lot. But before he is being seen as a weak nation, Awesome much ratehr is loud, obnoxious and awesome!
Animals. Awesome loves animals and wants nothing more than a puppy. Something he won't get as his brother considers him too immature to take care of an animal. This sort of results in Awesome spending a lot of time outside looking for animals of all kinds. Some he uses for his little shenanigans, and others he simply watches.
For some reason squirrels seem to be quite fond of him. One, sometimes even two can mostly be found somewhere near him or even sitting on his head. Rumors are that Awesome is planning to train an army of squirrels and use them on his quest for World Domination.
